The taste of a good food is achieved by maintaining a healthy environment and keeping alive the traditions and typicality of production. The energy is obtained, however, preserving the organoleptic characteristics of food.

In order to enhance taste and energy of a food becomes essential to promote the combination of environment and food, and this synergy has always determined the quality, healthiness, taste and organoleptic characteristics of food arriving at our tables. Protection and preservation of places of production become essential. 

The project TEFF® "Tasty Food and Energy Food" is aimed at promoting the products and human activities that meet the requirements of naturalness and quality, conservation of biodiversity and encouraging the use of "clean energy" or produced in a sustainable way, as an alternative to fossil fuels to clean up the environment.

With this aim TEFF® supports activities related to the food, livestock, agriculture, handicraft, artistic, cultural, historical and tourism through a synergic approach between the scientific world distinguishing the company TERRA Srl and the technology of MARCOPOLO ENGINEERING SpA.  Even through TEFF®, MARCOPOLO ENVIRONMENTAL GROUP is working to achieve BEBSSS!!®: GOOD AND BIOLOGIC ONLY IF HEALTHY!!®.

TEFF® is active in the territories in which MARCOPOLO produces green energy.
